The Lapland Fishing Festival has now a close cooperation with our neighbours in Norway, within the EU-supported project Fishing Cross The Border.

Wildlife and nature

The bear and lynx populations have increased during the last decades, but the Scandinavian brown bear is peaceful and shy and it's very unusual to see one.
